Last week, we held our monthly seminar here at Marketing Tech to talk about the strategy we employed to increase the Mental Health Advocates of WNY annual fund donations. Using a few useful tools in our MT toolbox, in 2018 we were able to lock down a 20% increase in donations from 2017’s annual campaign!
MT Tools Used
In the Fall of 2017, we merged and scrubbed 25 sets of data that the organization had gleaned from past events and donors and ran a deceased finder on the data to create one clean master file. Honesty, we really can’t stress the importance of data enough! Data is the lifeblood of your campaign. Marketing Tech produced and mailed a letter mailer for Mental Health Advocates Annual Fund campaign using the newly scrubbed data and they experienced their best campaign to date.
